My 4 Step System

Step 1: A discovery call to get to know you, your business, and the specific challenges you face. Usually this includes beginning market research.

Step 2: propose solutions, and provide a quote for required services.
At this stage we prepare a creative brief that sets out project parameters, including purpose and scope.

Step 3: complete market research including customers, prospects, competition. Look for Voice of Customer information.

Step 4: create your custom solutions. May include writing, formatting and coaching

Copywriting

Key message platform
A document that contains all relevant marketing messages and statements about a particular product or service. It’s purpose is to serve as the master resource for messages about that product. It’s the starting point for writing all your marketing collateral.
Sales enablement collateral
This is the material used by sales teams. It can include; email templates, sell sheets, brochures, customer success stories, battle cards, call scripts.

Presentation Coaching

As a certified public speaking coach, I help clients prepare for presentations, sales meetings, pitches, and board-style presentations. I help clients target a message to engage the audience. I will help you manage nerves and deliver confidently.
